1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing zilleali.com or engaging Zill E Ali ("we", "us") for IT, networking, or web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
We provide network engineering, MikroTik/Cisco configuration, FTTH deployment, CCTV installation, server setup, web design, and the NexaLink ISP management platform. Scope, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or invoice that, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between us.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on zilleali.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code samples — is owned by Zill E Ali unless otherwise stated, and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Deliverables produced for a paying client become the client's property upon final payment, except for: (a) third-party components under their own licenses, and (b) generic tools, snippets, and methodology we retain for reuse.
4. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or use of this website will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
5. Refund Policy
Deposits paid to reserve project time are non-refundable once work has commenced. For completed milestones already delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued. If we are unable to deliver an agreed scope due to circumstances within our control, a pro-rata refund for undelivered work will be provided.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan.
